This handcrafted collection of knives is made from premium Mesquite by an Austin area artisan. With its twisted wood grain and range of rich red brown hues, each piece is an individual and useful work of art.  The cutting boards are hand crafted by Wild Timber Designs of Leander, Texas.

Solid, heavy and durable butcher blocks by Lesley Reynolds of Leander, Texas are made to last but often are never used as a cutting board because they are "too pretty to cut on."

The bow saw style knives use a commercial food blade, the same used in bakeries and on boneless meat saws in meat markets. The double scalloped blade is designed to slice using a back and forth motion with no pressure, resulting in clean uniform slices without the 'squishes'.
